Brannagan & Brown Building Services was founded in 2005 by David Brannagan and Billy Brown, with over 40 years shared experience. The duo worked together for 10 years prior with a larger company - David specialising in joinery and Billy in roofing, and soon realised they had the talent, project management skills and collaborative approach to launch their own construction company. 15 years on and their diary is in the highest demand, thriving on glowing recommendations. The team were finalists in the Scottish Home Improvement Awards last year.

David and Billy offer a personal, professional service, to ensure that the specific needs and requirements of each individual client are met. This service includes the provision of an architect (if required), assistance with planning and building warrant applications and a full on site project management system which ensures that each project runs smoothly with minimal disruption to the client.

The company is accredited with Constructionline and around 95% of our contracts come from repeat business and recommendations from previous clients.
