Founded in 2005 by joiner David Brannagan and slater Billy Brown, Brannagan and Brown have over 40 years shared construction experience, serving the Greater Glasgow area.
Working with a collaborative network of subcontractors, the team cover all aspects of a build project, guiding clients through finding an architect, explaining detailed estimates, proposing cost-effective design solutions and providing a detailed site programme.
Our team are extremely friendly and reliable, with perfect timekeeping - ensuring our clients can plan their lives to a reliable, regular schedule. We are problem solving perfectionists and our wealth of experience ensures that our on-site scheduling is (to the delight of our clients) extremely accurate.

Brannagan & Brown specialise in residential extensions, refurbishments and conversions, working predominantly in and around the Greater Glasgow area.
Often working with existing buildings with downtakings or opening up required, we stumble on unexpected hurdles and work with the architect to find quick, safe solutions to minimise disruption to our clients.
Our clients and their families also remain in the house throughout the build, and we specialise in creating as comfortable an environment as possible for them, creating temporary kitchens and bathrooms as required and ensuring a tidy site at the end of every day
Our detailing work is what our clients regularly celebrate - we champion traditional joinery techniques and never cut corners to save time. Quality of finish is of the utmost importance to our business.
